A man walks into a restaurant called Heart Attack Grill, orders the 6,000-calorie “Triple Bypass Burger,” and leaves on a stretcher. Shocking? Unfortunately, this story wasn’t made up. While this man may have gotten the heart attack the menu advertised, is he the only one at fault?
In the restaurant's defense, it does offer some wise words of caution on a sign that reads “Cash only because you might die before the check clears.” But the burger joint’s seemingly comical technique of marketing a menu that serves serious health risks poses weighty ethical concerns.
