Healthy Option: Hot and Sour Soup, 100 calories and less than 5 grams of fat
Main Dishes:
Traditional Dish: Kung Pao Chicken, 600 and 30 grams of fat
Healthy Option: Beef and Broccoli, 350 calories per serving and 15 grams of fat
Healthier Option: Chicken and Broccoli, 350 calories per serving and 12 grams of fat
Healthiest Option: Steamed Chicken with Broccoli, 150 calories per serving and 8 grams of fat
Tip to Lighten Up Your Entree: Ask for your main dish to be cooked with one fewer tablespoon of oil, which will save you 135 calories and 15 grams of fat.

Healthier Option: Soy Sauce, 10 calories
Sides:
