If you don’t have the time to prepare breakfast in the morning, we have good news. iMag set out to find low calorie, fast and cheap breakfast meals, and we came back with some scrumptious results. So, enough with the excuses! Try these low calorie breakfast options from some of our favorite fast food stops:

1. Dunkin Donuts: Wake-Up Wrap Menu
Under 200 Calories
If you stay away from the sausage patties, Dunkin Donuts' “Wake-Up Wrap” menu offers a variety of egg white sandwiches with meat, veggies and cheeses, all for fewer than 200 calories. It’s an easy alternative to ordering a bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese that can save you some 500 calories. And, if you order from the Wake-Up Wrap menu, you won’t have to worry about running on the treadmill to “run on Dunkin.”

2. Starbucks: Spinach, Feta & Cage-Free Egg White Breakfast Wrap
290 Calories, 10g fat
At Starbucks you can order a wheat wrap filled with egg whites, spinach, feta cheese and tomatoes, all for fewer than 290 calories. These hearty ingredients will not only keep down your calorie count, but will add ample protein and veggies to your morning meal.

3. Panera: Power Breakfast Sandwich
340 Calories, 15g fat
If you’re a carb queen with fervor for freshly baked bread, try Panera’s Power Breakfast Sandwich. With egg whites, aged Vermont cheddar cheese and smoked ham on a whole grain roll, it's a staple on Panera's breakfast menu. If you’re not in the mood for eggs, try a whole grain bagel for the same amount of calories as the Power Breakfast Sandwich; but be weary when ordering cream cheese-- a typical spread can amount to almost 200 calories.

4. McDonalds: Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
160 Calories, 4.5g fat
Whether it’s your regular morning stop or you just need some fast food on a busy day, we all land at McDonald’s from time to time. But it’s 2012, and we here at iMag are ready to pass up the 560-calorie Sausage Egg McMuffin, (I'm not even going to comment on the1,090-calorie Big Breakfast with Hotcakes) and order a meal that won’t be bursting our buttons throughout the day. Try the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait for only 160 calories and 2 grams of fat, or go for the Fruit and Maple Oatmeal for 290 calories and 4.5 grams of fat.

5. Subway: “Fresh Fit” Breakfast Sandwich Menu
Under 200 Calories
While we typically think of Subway as a lunch or dinner spot, iMag found that Subway has a lot to offer for a fast breakfast fix. Subway gives its customers the option to tailor breakfast sandwiches in their own favorite way; from English Muffins to 9-grain wheat bread and flatbreads to morning melts, Subway has healthy options that can please anyone. iMag recommends ordering from the “Fresh Fit” menu, from which you can choose a Steak Egg White and Cheese Mornin’ Melt Flatbread, a Black Forest Ham Egg White and Cheese Flatbreak Mornin’ Melt, or iMag’s personal favorite, the Egg White and Cheese on an English Muffin Melt-- all for under 200 calories!
