Traditional tummy tuck, $7,000 to $12,000 With a traditional tummy tuck, which has a high satisfaction rate, Levine said, doctors remove excess fat from the belly and waist, retighten the muscle layer and contour the waist line. The surgery takes about 2 to 3 hours, but beware - the pain level is high.  Recovery time: 2 to 3 weeks

Chin implant, $3,000 to $5,000 "Chin implants are great," Levine said. He explained that many people who think they need nose jobs actually just need a chin implant because their nose and chin are not proportional with one another. By adding a half-centimeter chin implant, your face can change drastically, he added.  Recovery time: 3 to 5 days

Mommy makeover, $15,000 to $25,000 This procedure is generally done on women in their mid-30s to 50s who have had children, Levine said, and it takes care of the areas that have been affected by pregnancy. The surgery includes a tummy tuck, liposuction and breast work, which can mean a breast augmentation, breast lift or breast reduction - or a combo of two. The procedure takes 3 to 5 hours, but does not require hospitalization.  Recovery time: 1 to 4 weeks

Body lift, $10,000 to $25,000 A body lift is ideal for anyone who has undergone tremendous weight loss and is looking to get rid of excess skin, Levine said. The procedure includes a tummy tuck, a thigh lift and buttock augmentation.  "It's life-changing," said Levine, who added he's removed up to 50 pounds of excess skin on a patient.  The surgery takes about 5 to 6 hours, and the patient will have to stay in the hospital for 1 to 2 days. Recovery time: 2 to 6 weeks
