½ cup 2% milk
½ cup water
1 to 2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoons chopped scallions
In a small sauce pan bring milk and water to a boil.
Reduce to medium-low and season with salt and pepper.
Add egg and while keeping the yolk whole, continue stirring until it is cooked to your liking.
Pour into soup bowl and add chopped scallions.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
