Green Tea Strawberry Smoothie
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free
Serves 1
• 2 cups fresh baby spinach
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
• 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
• 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
• 1 cup brewed green tea, chilled
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses. Serve chilled.

Blueberry Basil n' Banana Smoothie
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free
Serves 1
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 sliced banana
• 1/4 cup cashews
• 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
• 1 cup dairy-free coconut milk yogurt
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut flakes
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses. Serve chilled.

Mint Cocoa Almond Smoothie
Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan, Soy-Free
Serves 2
• 3 tablespoons almond butter
• 4 pitted dates
• 1 cup dairy-free coconut milk yogurt
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon. cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
• 1 cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender; blend until smooth. Transfer to serving glasses. Serve chilled.
