Allergic to cold? It’s a real problem, some doctors say

A lot of people complain about the cold weather, especially in Chicago, but now doctors say some kids are actually allergic to the cold.

Just like a pollen allergy, the cold allergy--called cold urticaria--has symptoms that range from rashes to closing of the throat.

Doctors say it could have a genetic cause, but could also be acquired.
