Dear Pamela, The key to seeing results is to be committed and consistent in your practice. It can be difficult to remember PC exercises at first, so be sure to pair the practice with daily events. These may include stopping at a red light during your drive to work, every time you walk your dog, standing in line for your morning java, or watching the evening news, amongst others. Basically, anything you do on a regular basis can act as a great reminder to get in shape, with this being one exercise routine no one, but your lover, needs to be privy to.
