It doesn't take much to make s'mores. All you need are graham crackers, toasted marshmallows, and some chocolate (campfire optional).

However, SUSHISAMBA has definitely upped the ante with their Samba S'mores, which, we'll admit, require a lot more steps to prepare, but are definitely worth the extra effort.

The restaurant's executive chef, Pedro Duarte, showed us how to make this popular dessert in the video above. Take a peek at his process, then get cracking on the recipe below.

Ingredients:

• Your favoite ice cream

• Dark chocolate, melted

• Graham crackers, crumbled

• Marshmallow Fluff

Step 1: Using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller, scoop ice cream onto a plate and roll with hands into a ball shape. Place in the freezer for an hour.

Step 2: Remove ice cream balls from the freezer and coat generously with crumbled graham crackers. Place back in freezer for another hour and a half.

Step 3: Melt some chocolate in a double-boiler (enough to coat all the ice cream balls you've made). Remove ice cream balls from freezer and coat with chocolate.

Step 4: Freeze the balls once again, until chocolate is hardened.

Step 5: Before serving, skewer and coat the balls with melted marshmallow fluff.

Step 6: Garnish with remaining graham crackers and enjoy as is, or toast over an open flame.
