It's not uncommon to work out religiously and not see results where you want to see them.

If that sounds like you, it couldn't hurt to add a little yoga to your routine. We reached out to yoga expert Dempsey Marks for her advice, and she was kind enough to demonstrate four poses for our most stubborn areas — namely, our inner thighs and butt.
