- 1/2 cup water
- 1 green tea bag
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- Heat water in microwave until steaming. Steep tea bag for 3-5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a blender, combine berries, banana, and milk.
- Add tea and blend until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
