For a little West Coast action, combine all your leftovers to make the most delectable of club sandwiches. All you need (besides the leftovers) is a little bit of pepper jack, bacon, and avocado for that California kick. Easy to make and even easier to consume.

1 tablespoon cranberry mayo (recipe below)
2 slices vine ripe tomato
2 leaves Iceberg lettuce
3 slices of thick cut bacon, cooked until crisp
1 oz. sliced pepper jack cheese
4 oz. sliced leftover white meat turkey
2 tablespoons of Stew’s chunky guacamole
Top with 1 slice of lightly toasted quinoa bread
1 cup mayonnaise
? cup jellied cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. dried cranberries
