Cascade Ice blends fresh fruit and almond milk with their sparkling water for a delicious and nutritious smoothie- fun for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Apple slices
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Soy or almond milk
  • Handful fresh berries
  • 4 ounce Cascade Ice Organic Mixed Berry

Preparation

Step 1:

  • Mix 1 cup of apple slices, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup soy or almond milk, a handful of fresh berries and 4oz Cascade Ice Organic Mixed Berry sparkling water in a blender.

Step 2:

  • Blend until smooth and top with a few more fresh berries.
