Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Regular coconut flour
  • 1/4 Heaping cup banana hazelnut Protein Pancakes batter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut or peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Mushroom Matrix’s Fit Matrix
  • 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Rum extract
  • 1/4 cup Ground banana chips

Preparation

Step 1:

  • Grind the banana chips.

Step 2:

  • Mix all dry ingredients.

Step 3:

  • Add in peanut butter, extracts, and honey.

Step 4:

  • Mix well, then roll into balls/bites.

Step 5:

  • Freeze right away then store in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
