All the goodness you can find, in one bite sized snack, created by Cotter Crunch.
- 2/3 cup Regular coconut flour
- 1/4 Heaping cup banana hazelnut Protein Pancakes batter
- 1/4 cup Coconut or peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Mushroom Matrix’s Fit Matrix
- 1/4 cup Honey or maple syrup
- 1/4-1/2 Teaspoon Rum extract
- 1/4 cup Ground banana chips
- Grind the banana chips.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add in peanut butter, extracts, and honey.
- Mix well, then roll into balls/bites.
- Freeze right away then store in fridge or freezer to maintain freshness.
