- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- Salt & pepper
For muffins garnishment (use any of the following):
- 6 Slices of eggplant
- 6 Dry tomatoes
- Smoked salmon
- black pearls with balsamic vinegar of Modena La Secchia Antica Acetaia
- Put into bowl the eggs, fresh cream salt and pepper.Mix all ingredients.Prepare the muffin molds and fill them a half with the compound; add the garnishment and put into oven for 15 minutes to 400°F.
