Apple cobbler is a sweet and decadent way to show off the flavors and spices of the Thanksgiving holiday.

Ingredients

For the Streusel Topping

  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ pound (1 stick) butter
  • Pinch of salt

For the Cobbler

  • 3 cups Boston Market® Cinnamon Apples
  • 1 cup streusel topping
  • Vanilla ice cream

Preparation

For the Streusel Topping

  • Mix all ingredients together by hand until it forms pea size nuggets.

For the Cobbler

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Fill a 6” x 12” x 2” casserole dish with cinnamon apples. Top with streusel topping.

Step 2

  • Place in preheated oven and bake for 18 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with a vanilla ice cream.
