Yakitori is about enhancing the flavor of the meat. This simple lamb chop preparation is great for guests or as a simple, fast meal for one or two.
- 1 cup Dark mushroom par river soy sauce
- ¼ cup Green aromatic (recipe below)
- 1 2.5 oz bone-in lamb chop
- 4 cup Scallion
- 2 cups Cut garlic
- 2 cups Cut ginger
- ½ cup Peanut oil
- 1/8 cup Crushed chili
- Marinade lamb chop with ingredients.
- Grill until medium rare.
- Serve to guests plain or with a side of rice.
