This citrus tequila cocktail is perfect for a warm summer day.
- 2.5 ounce Patron Roca Añejo
- 3/4 ounce Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- 3 drop Chocolate bitters
- 1 drop Peychauds bitters
- 1 Large orange peel
- In a mixing glass combine all ingredients except the orange peel. Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into an ice filled double rocks or large old fashioned glass. Express the orange oils over the drink as you flame the orange. Use the flamed orange peel as a garnish.
