- Thin Mint Cookies (2 per s’more) or you can use the Keebler Grasshopper Cookies
- Large Marshmallows
- Cut each marshmallow in half with kitchen scissors.
- Roast marshmallow over a gas stove, an open fire, or with a kitchen blowtorch.
- Sandwich roasted marshmallows between 2 Thin Mint cookies. Serve warm.
