1 very ripe banana (with plenty of brown speckles)

1 nectarine or pear

1 cup packed chopped kale leaves

1 cup nondairy milk (try almond milk or soymilk for the best flavor)

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender.

Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is incorporated.
