Shortly after they opened their resort in the British Virgin Islands in 1970, Soggy Dollar owners George and Marie Myrick began serving what would eventually become the British Virgin Islands’ official cocktail, and one of the most popular drinks in the Caribbean, the Pain Killer.
- 2 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce cream of coconut
- 4 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce orange juice
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice add first four ingredients and stir. Pour into cocktail glasses and top with grated nutmeg.
