A 19 year-old man named Bud Weisser was arrested for trespassing at a St. Louis Budweiser Brewery.

Local police say Weisser entered a secured area at the brewery Thursday. Security officers told him to leave and after he refused they called police after an altercation, FOX 2 St. Louis reports.

Weisser was taken into police custody where he was issued summonses for trespassing and resisting arrest.

But it's not Bud's first run in with the law. He was busted in 2014 when police found DNA evidence that linked Weisser to a break at a St. Louis gas station. He turned himself in and was charged in December 2014.

It's not clear if Bud Weisser was in search of Budweiser during either of these two incidents.
