By her own admission, Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi has been struggling with her weight since "forever." Nowadays, though, she's fitter and healthier than she's ever been.
So, how did she do it?
In an exclusive interview with Fox News Magazine, the reality star and author, 27, credited her kids Lorenzo and Giovanna with keeping her trim.
"I wanted to be a good role model for them, to show them [that] we gotta eat healthy, and we have to stay in a healthy lifestyle," said Polizzi. "And also, I wanted to be able to keep up with them."
"Now, I can chase after Lorenzo and — you know — I can do things without dying," she added.
Polizzi also touched on her healthy eating habits ("Abs are made in the kitchen," she says) and the role breast-feeding played in shedding her post-pregnancy pounds.
