Charlotte McKinney Heats Up Sin City at 23rd Birthday Bash

Where does a blonde bombshell go to celebrate her 23rd birthday? Much like Sports Illustrated cover girls and Victoria's Secret models, she heads to Sin City, of course. McKinney, along with some of her fellow sizzling girlfriends, kicked off the festivities at the resort's Encore Beach Club, where they partied in a luxury bungalow overlooking the pool-party action happening below. Encore is also where the GUESS Girl stunned in her first white-hot look of the evening: a halter top, a hip-hugging skirt, and strappy heels. "Charlotte sipped on Ciroc Peach to help beat the heat," reports a rep for the venue. "The girls moved to the sounds of Kaskade who played a DJ set providing the soundtrack for a most memorable b-day bash." And because we’re talking about Vegas here, McKinney kept the party going at Intrigue Nightclub, where she turned heads in a velvety, form-fitting open shoulder black mini dress (see above) with above-the-knee boots and a trendy, ‘90s-esque choker necklace. "At her dance floor table, Charlotte was surprised with a custom birthday cake adorned with gems, pearls and pink and white flowers," says the rep. "The lovely ladies then boogied along as Tinashe performed a set for the packed house and partied in splendor till the wee hours at the tres chic nightclub."
