PHOTOS: Ashley Judd Has Not Aged Since 1995
At age 47, this star is looking better than ever. PHOTOS: The Hottest Looks From the 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards Actress Ashley Judd was one of the many celebrities who attended Monday’s 2015 CFDA Fashion Awards in New York City. And while several ladies either went super-low cut with their couture or flashed their underwear for the cameras(!), this brunette beauty decided to channel old Hollywood instead. Judd wore a plunging golden gown by Badgley Mischka, which proudly showcased her glowing features. But seriously, how did Judd manage to stop time in its tracks? While she was previously accused of going under the knife, Judd publicly defended herself against critics and now prefers sharing tips that her fans can identify with. In 2014, she credited skincare brand Kiehl’s for helping her maintain that gorgeous glow. “The papaya enzyme mask is one I used to use a lot and now I’m getting back into their skincare, especially the new overnight oil that’s in the beautiful blue glass bottle,” said Judd to MYFOXLA.com. “I get a lot of exercise, drink a lot of water. Of course, I do not smoke, don’t drink, don’t use drugs. Those have hugely deleterious effects on the skin. Oh, and sunblock. Always use sunblock.” As far as her workout routine goes, Judd also likes to change things up. “I’ve over-trained for movies and then burnt out,” said Judd in 2014 to More Magazine. “Now I’m motivated because I know it’s for my own benefit. I practice yoga — I especially love to do my arm balances.” WATCH: How to Twist Yourself Into 3 Fat-Burning Yoga Poses “When I work out, I try to challenge myself in other ways,” added Judd. “I’ll be in Zumba and the whole class is doing the combination to the right, but I’ll start doing it to the left just to challenge my brain. It improves neuroplasticity, which is the brain’s ability to generate connectivity. It’s regenerating.” Clearly, it’s working.
