Miranda Lambert Shares Previous Dress Size (Before Amazing Weight Loss)
Unless you’ve been living under a rock lately, everyone is aware that this country crooner has had an amazing body transformation. PHOTOS: Miranda Lambert's Amazing Body Transformation Having one of her best years ever, singer Miranda Lambert has been happily flaunting her new slim shape while accepting awards for her musical achievements and promoting her latest album, “Platinum,” featuring a collaboration with fellow blonde bombshell Carrie Underwood.  Recently, the Women’s Health Magazine cover girl spoke with the publication about how she approached her diet plan. However, this didn’t happen without first being approached by several weight-loss companies, which asked her to lose 40 pounds as a spokesperson. I really don’t need to lose 40 pounds,” Lambert told Women’s Health. “I thought I only needed to lose like 15, but now that you mention it, dang, I do look kind of bad! PEOPLE previously reported the wife of country star Blake Shelton dropped an entire dress size the old fashioned way, by incorporating daily exercise and opting for healthier meals, including store-bought pressed juice in the morning for a healthier breakfast. “I try to just cut everything in half,” she told the celebrity news magazine.  Women’s Health Magazine is also reporting that Lambert lost about 20 pounds. “She doesn’t know exactly how many because she tries not to obsess over the number on the scale,” says the magazine.
