Selena Gomez Reportedly Thought Taylor Swift's Hobbies Were Lame

Hanging around the house and doing cutesy art projects is well and fine for someone like Taylor Swift, but it's going to take more than that to impress Selena Gomez. "Selena was also just so damn bored with Taylor," said one source. "She didn’t want to bake cookies or paint anymore. She was just so done with it." However, there's more to this story than just burnt cookies. It's been widely reported that Taylor disliked Gomez's sometimes-boyfriend Justin Bieber, going so far as to deliver Gomez with an ultimatum sometime in late 2013, forcing her to choose between them. But, apparently, these sorts of squabbles go both ways. "On Selena’s side of this, she wasn’t too happy with Taylor Swift for befriending Lorde, especially after Lorde called her music out," the source also added. Following Selena's social media purge back in April (during which she unfollowed Taylor on Instagram), Swift phoned her former friend to check in, though Selena never returned the calls. "Taylor has reached out to Selena a couple of times recently, but Selena isn’t ready to be friends with her again," said Hollywood Gossip's source. "Selena is just not in the mood." But Swift really shouldn't fret too much. We're sure there's millions of fans who would jump at the chance to bake alongside their idol, Food Network stars included.
