Underwood prefers eating clean, unprocessed foods and snacks on raw veggies rather than sugary sweets. And of course, daily exercise is a must. Be warned, this routine isn’t for the meek. “We first concentrate on body weight exercises like squats, lunges, pull-ups, push-ups, and dips,” explains Oprea. “I do a mix of cardio as well as resistance training in most sessions. For cardio, we do sprints, boxing, jump rope, and plyometrics. For resistance training, I recommend mixing body weight exercises together with weights.
