How Pamela Anderson’s Pixie Haircut Impacted Her Sex Life

Here's What You Need to Know When the 46-year-old decided to chop off her famous locks for a super short pixie, the first thought that came to mind was, well, the bedroom. “I have a friend who is an awesome, studly man, and he goes, ‘You know, some women cut their hair and it makes them look even more masculine, but you look even more feminine,” explained Pamela Anderson to Elle Magazine. “I thought it would be weird having sex with short hair, but then I kind of got into the mode.” But how could something as simple as hair impact the sex life of a former Playboy pin-up? Someone who was famous for getting teenaged boys all hot and bothered during the ’90s with a red hot swimsuit, and for being a sought-after rock star girlfriend (and wife)? According to Anderson, it was because she looked like one particular silver fox. READ: Jennifer Lawrence Explains Why She Cut Off Her Hair “At first I thought I looked like Anderson Cooper or like a Q-tip or something,” she explained. “But now I feel really powerful.” And since getting her pixie ‘do in late 2013, Anderson has revamped her life for the better.  Early 2014, Us Magazine reported she secretly remarried film producer Rick Salomon. “We’re very happy,” she told E!. “Our families are very happy and that’s all that matters.” PHOTOS: The Many Loves of Pamela Anderson And even though her sex life is still sizzling, she’s since given up on one guilty pleasure. “The rock-star thing became very destructive, like, wow,” said Anderson to Elle on the subject of her attraction to bad boys. “I didn’t know what I was doing. I just kind of became that thing. The hair, that rock-star kind of lifestyle, just living a dream. It kind of took over. It started very innocent and then I turned into a cartoon character. And I started to feel like a cartoon character.” And we all remember Anderson’s marriage to drummer Tommy Lee, specifically because of that sex tape. Even their sons, Dylan Jagger and Brandon Thomas, are familiar with it. I don’t know why everyone is so impressed with it.” These days, Anderson is feeling so good about herself and that haircut, and she’s still getting naked in front of cameras.
