According to E!, she wanted to take control of her body by aging “like a dancer,” which means working out at the gym daily, lots of stretching, and dancing. Regarding her diet, Stone admits to indulging in “porterhouse steak, rib eyes, and New York strip” only because she has a “very low cholesterol and very low blood pressure.” However, she is conscious of her eating habits by preparing clean food “as simply as possible,” as well as eating fish.
