The real question, how can we tell? As Photoshop afficionado Peeje T. pointed out, the door in the upper left corner is slightly curved in the above photo, pushing out at about the same height as Kim's chest. "This would be caused by using a tool to expand her breasts," explained T. "You will notice the door curves out at Kim’s midsection," he offered to RadarOnline as proof of a manipulated waistline. Emily Shornick, a photo editor for New York Magazine, seems to agree with much of what Peeje T. surmised. "It does look enhanced, because if you look at the door in the first one, the handle part curves in (which makes the boobs bigger), and in the other one, the handle curves in the other direction, making the waist smaller," she remarked in a quick interview with NYMag's The Cut.
