    Revenge can be pretty sweet. After Kim Kardashian received public backlash from critics for her less-than-flattering-wardrobe during her pregnancy to daughter North West, she decided to take matters into her own hands. READ: Kim Kardashian's Vampire Facial The 33-year-old reality TV star reportedly loss 56 pounds since giving birth just six months ago and is flaunting her post-baby curves in a white string bikini on the latest cover of Us Weekly. And while the magazine is reporting that Kardashian has been dedicated to a strict weight loss regimen approved by her doctor, we had to find out what’s behind her head-turning transformation. If you think it’s your usual diet and exercise, guess again. Back in March, she was already working with two separate trainers to keep her baby weight in check. Some found this extreme, but exercise during pregnancy can be safe when done in moderation and after consulting a physician. “If a woman was physically active before her pregnancy, most of the time she’s able to maintain it to limitation,” says Dr. Angela Walker, a member of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. “The recommendation is 30 minutes on most, if not all days of the week. In October, she told London’s Sunday Times that the Atkins diet, which is based on drastically reducing carbs and opting for more filling protein, has helped her shed pounds. It also helped that the new mom was already familiar with the plan. “Fifteen years ago, I tried the Atkins diet with my dad and we both loss weight really quickly,” Kardashian told the publication. “And I’m still doing it. I still have my cheat days, but when you’re breastfeeding you can’t really starve yourself.” Sounds simple, right? Not exactly. According to reports, she completely eliminated carbs, like bread, pasta, and alcohol. Instead, she filled up on dishes like grilled salmon, chicken breast, Greek yogurt, berries, almonds, and plenty of greens. To further promote weight loss, Kardashain was spotted at celebrity hot spot Barry’s Bootcamp with fiancé Kanye West. The couple kicked off their day attending a 6:30AM Full Body class, focusing on weight and cardio training. Joey Gnzalez, COO of Barry’s Bootcamp, shared his sought-after workout routine with us. To change things up and keep it interesting, she also attended Pilates Plus. Whew, are you tired already?
