    Julianne Moore Reveals Secret to Looking Young

    Julianne Moore has been looking sizzling hot lately, and we’re not just talking about her red hair. PHOTOS: You Mean They're Not Really Redheads? From her youthful glow to her toned physique, the 52-year-old has one of the most beloved figures in Hollywood. And it seems like she has discovered the secret to looking and feeling young. “I try to do Ashtanga yoga one to three times a week,” explains the mother of two to Health magazine. “I’ve also started working out with a trainer, doing light weights a lot of jumping around.” While this may seem like a typical workout for a celebrity, Moore does admit to difficulties in maintaining her routine. “The main problem is I can’t do anything six days straight because I get hurt,” says the publication's cover girl. “That’s the thing about old age — eventually your hip starts to hurt and you have to switch and do something else.” Moore, who doesn’t mind indulging in cheese and even sweets in moderation, maintains a healthy lifestyle by loading up on fruits and vegetables, as well as finding unique ways to break a sweat throughout the week. “I paddleboard,” says Moore.
