Let's Get Nosy: Who's Had a Nose Job in Hollywood?
It doesn't always take an eagle eye to notice when a celebrity has indulged in cosmetic surgery, but it's pretty rare when that celebrity straight up admits it.

After seeing a dated photo of herself in a current In Touch article, Amanda Bynes confirmed that she went under the knife to modify her nose. In a tweet, she wrote the following:
Intouch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it! The reason I've asked all magazines and blogs to stop using old photos of me is I don't look like that anymore! I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes. I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I look so much prettier in my new photos that I don't want old photos used anymore! I'm so sick of magazines and blogs using old photos! When will they stop? I will never look like that again! Having surgery was the most amazing thing for my confidence!
Bynes is proud of her new nose. But come to think of it, she isn't the only one, because the following celebs have also admitted to switching up their snouts:
"Glee" actress Dianna Argon told David Letterman that she had a nose job after breaking it twice: once in high school when a friend accidentally punched her in the face (the fist was intended for someone else), and once again when she accidentally slammed into another friend on the dance floor. "It's all fixed now," she told Letterman.
Ashlee Simpson didn't exactly deny rumors of a nose job in an interview with Us Weekly. "I think as long as people have two eyes, then you probably know the answer," she said. "(Plastic surgery) is something that everybody should think about for a really long time," she also told the magazine. "Once you know it’s something you really feel comfortable with, then to each their own.”
Michael's sister Janet once told "Extra" that it was "no secret" that she'd had a rhinoplasty procedure. "When I was 16 I changed my nose. Would I do it again? I don't know … I've seen a lot of women that have been pulled and snatched, and it's not too cute."
Jenner's step-daughter, Kim Kardashian, spilled the beans about his botched mid-'80s cosmetic surgery on her official site. "Twenty five years ago, Bruce was ill-advised by a doctor to have a partial facelift and a nose job," she said. However, her announcement didn't quite come out of the blue; Jenner was already having corrective work done at the time, and he was allowing E! to document the procedures for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians."
"High School Musical" actress Ashley Tisdale told People magazine about her nose job, but claimed that it was for health reasons and not vanity. "I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose," she said.
During a segment on his morning radio show, Stern fessed up to having a bump on his nose removed. The change was so subtle, he says, that only his sister was able to tell what he'd done.
Not only has Jennifer Grey admitted to having a nose job, but the "Dirty Dancing" actress once blamed her rhinoplasty for ruining her career. "I went into the operating room a celebrity and came out anonymous," she said at an anniversary event for the film. "It was the nose job from hell. I’ll always be this once-famous actress nobody recognizes because of a nose job."
Hole rocker Courtney Love has admitted to having more than one nose job. "I just didn’t like that old nose job. I went too far and I fixed it and made it natural again," she said.
In 1991, Rourke left acting to pursue a career in boxing. The fights took a toll on his face, and the actor/pugilist went to a surgeon to correct some of the damage. "Most of [the cosmetic surgery] was to mend the mess of my face because of the boxing," he told the Daily Mail, revealing that he had five procedures on his nose alone. "I had to have cartilage taken from my ear to rebuild my nose, and a couple of operations to scrape out the cartilage because the scar tissue wasn't healing properly."
In her book titled "Official Book Club Selection: A Memoir According to Kathy Griffin," the comedian explains why she got cosmetic surgery at the age of 26. "I was told repeatedly, 'You would be pretty if it weren't for that nose. You'd work more if it weren't for that nose. Hey have you considered getting a nose job?’ You would think I had a nose the size of Texas. I was young and impressionable and I was told that enough that I started to believe it, so I got a nose job."
Over the years, Michael Jackson gained lots of attention for his ever-changing appearance, but he only ever admitted to having two nose jobs.
