Eva Mendes Dishes on Upcoming Fashion Line
It's been years in the making, but film star Eva Mendes is the latest celebrity to launch her own fashion line. In an interview with FOX News Channel's Ashley Dvorkin, Mendes detailed her motivation for venturing into the world of fashion — as well as her plans for the upcoming line. "The fashion stuff, that came about really organically, actually," she says, explaining how she's been approached multiple times over the years, and eventually agreed to design for New York & Company when the timing was right. "I'm like, 'OK, you guys have to let me know what you want to see from my thing,' so it's kind of becoming a family collaboration deal," said the star. Best of all, Mendes' plans for the upcoming line are noble and affordable. "It's coming out of this place of … wanting to empower women and wanting to do it for a great price," she says. The clothing has yet to hit stores, but when it does, it's sure to be stylish. Check out some of her best looks below.
