At age 49, Pamela Anderson’s career is sizzling.
The former “Baywatch” pinup is starring in a new campaign for luxury lingerie brand Coco de Mer where she models lacy, body hugging ensembles. And while many would assume Anderson prepared tirelessly to pose for cameras, she insisted to PEOPLE Magazine that her regimen isn’t so strict.
PAMELA ANDERSON ADMITS SHE'S PART OF THE PORN PROBLEM
“I don’t work out much,” said the Canadian-born actress to the celebrity news publication. “I walk on the beach, and I love the feeling after a long walk or a walk through a museum. I’ve always stretched and moved my body with resistance. I like dancing — I was taking ballet in Paris — but I’m double jointed and need to keep my strength. I’m more flexible than strong.”
Anderson admitted to hitting the gym once, but quickly discovered it was a less than desirable experience.
“I was in a beautiful hotel with a tiny gym, and I did tried the elliptical a few times,” she explained. I read on it — I’m reading ‘Napoleon and Josephine' in French right now. It’s a little boring to be in the gym unless I’m reading!”

Anderson did reveal that it’s her diet that has kept her looking and feeling good about her figure.
“I think being vegetarian has kept me young,” said Anderson. “I am healthy and work hard at that.”
Another thing that has kept Anderson feeling blissful these days is her reported relationship with WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange.
“Julian is one of my favorite people,” she added. “He’s a gentleman, he is extremely smart, resilient. Julian is truly to free the world by educating it. It is a romantic struggle — I love him for this.”
