“Law & Order” mastermind Dick Wolf doesn't really know if or when NBC will air the twice delayed Donald Trump-inspired episode of “Law & Order: SVU.”

“The episode that was written nine months ago. I don’t know when it’s going to air; I don’t control scheduling of… episodes,” the producer said at the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour.

And Wolf insisted it’s not his place to push NBC to air certain episodes.

“Honestly, I never pressure the network to schedule anything in a specific way… It’s their air, and I have not been informed when it’s going to air. I suspect it will be this spring, but I don’t know.”

The episode, “Unstoppable,” stars Gary Cole as a Trump-like politician. It was initially set to air October 26th and was then pushed back to November 16th and ultimately taken off the schedule.

The episode features Cole in a political campaign that goes awry as several women come forward with accusations against him.

Wolf was speaking to the press to promote one of his latest projects “Chicago Justice,” which premieres March 5th on NBC.
