Celebrities took to Twitter to express their outrage and disappointment over Donald Trump's win.

Most of Hollywood supported Hillary Clinton on the campaign trail, urging their fans to vote for her. Unsurprisingly, Trump's win was difficult for many stars to swallow.

Lady Gaga, who was at the Javits Center in New York City with Clinton's supporters, seemed to attempt to stage a small protest outside. The singer recently changed her Twitter display name to #VoteHillary, and she changed it again this morning to #CountryofKindness.

Some stars, like Katy Perry and Madonna seemed unwilling to accept the results. They urged their followers to take action.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus, who campaigned for Clinton, posted a video speaking through tears about the outcome of the election. Cyrus said she would accept Trump as the president, but she added she still hopes to see Clinton become the first female president one day.

Many stars took to social media to react.
