Scene and Herd: Where the stars were and what they were doing

Chris Brown was spotted smiling at The Maxim Halloween Party at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. Ne-Yo performed, and "Dancing with the Stars" partners Sharna Burgess and James Hinchcliffe dressed up like "Top Gun" stars and Pauly D and Aubrey O’Day were sporting some bold costumes as well. Tara Reid, Zac Efron and Randy Jackson were also in attendance.

Mario Lopez and wife Courtney dined with of friends at TAO restaurant in The Venetian in October. The gang enjoyed some chef favorites and was given a big celebratory cake in anticipation of his upcoming birthday.

Fashion 'it girl' Olivia Palermo dazzled leaving dinner with friends at Kola House restaurant in New York City earlier this month.

Jason Aldean surprised fans at the grand opening of a Field & Stream shop in Texas. He spent his time snapping pics and signing autographs, donated gift cards to kids part of Generation Outdoors and surprised two fans with a shopping spree. 

Jackie Cruz, of “Orange is the New Black,” popped into the Café Bustelo Pop-Up café in Brooklyn in mid-October. She was sipping on a cafecito and enjoying herself.

Singer, Ne-Yo, enjoyed bottle service at Hyde Bellagio in Las Vegas earlier this month as he celebrated his birthday. The 37-year-old was partying with his wife and close friends before he took over the DJ booth and the crowd sang “Happy Birthday.”

Kristen Stewart was seen with girlfriend St. Vincent at John Meadow's American Cut Midtown. They snagged a VIP table, snacked on sliders, pastrami sandwiches and were smitten with each other. Dakota Fanning quickly joined the ladies celebrating the release of their new film, “American Pastoral.”  

Omarion enjoyed a night out at TAO Nightclub at The Venetian with his entourage. The gang started in the restaurant and then headed into the club where the singer took the stage and performed one of his big hit’s “Post to Be.”

Terry Dubrow, Paul Nassif of E!’s “Botched,” and Drew Pinsky enjoyed dinner at Beauty & Essex in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas earlier this month. They ate scallops, dumplings, bone marrow and sorbet for dessert.
