Carrie Underwood flaunted her bikini bod on Instagram on Friday, posting a selfie that showed off her rock-hard abs and showcased her new line of swimwear.

“I'm so proud to be able to work with @dickssportinggoods to create a line of swimwear that makes me feel so good!” Underwood, 33, captioned the pic. “Adorable and athletic...and covers everything I want covered! @caliabycarrie #staythepath #summeriscoming #vegas.”

The country star is staying in red carpet shape for Sunday’s Academy of Country Music Awards and next week's "American Idol" finale. Last month, Underwood’s trainer, Erin Oprea, gave ET an exclusive look at how the singer keeps her bod in bikini shape all year round.

"Make 10,000 steps a day your goal. A lot of people don't realize how sedentary they are," Oprea explained. "Our bodies are built to move and our bodies hurt because we sit all day, and the more we sit, the more we hurt, and the more we hurt, the less we move, so it's this big cycle you have to break."
