Khloe Kardashian is all about taking time for herself right now.

In her latest Instagram post, the recently single Khloe talks about the importance of "self-care," and gives her fans a little bit of insight into her current state of mind.

"I find that people may be practicing self-care on so many levels but abandon themselves emotionally," Khloe, 31, writes. "So many search for others to make them feel whole. Try to stop searching for your missing pieces in other people or material things."

The "Kocktails With Khloe" host also reflects on dealing with her past choices.

"Don't apologize for your past for it made you who you are today," she writes. "Make your past fuel your future and the way you choose to live. Be in the now!"

"When your intent is to love yourself rather than abandon yourself, you start being able to feel compassion for your past choices," she continues. "You will start to be proud of the progress you've made in life. Instead of letting your past control your present, let it fuel your daily evolution to greatness. Don't look at your past as a mistake. Look at how far you've grown and be grateful. You will finally begin to grow and elevate to a better you."

And Khloe makes it clear that she's no longer settling when it comes to her relationships.

"Self-love is dynamic and runs deep," she writes. "When we act in ways that expand our self-love, we begin to expand our minds. We start to notice the parts we once abandoned. We will find dimensions of our soul that needs attention too. We begin to know exactly what we deserve and we shouldn't settle for anything less."

Finally, the reality star addresses her haters.

"You define your worth!" she writes. "Don't ever give anyone else that much power over your self. Less judgement- more dynamic unbiased self-love."

Khloe split with 26-year-old NBA star James Harden in February, after first stepping out together last July. Clearly, Khloe's been taking care of herself post-breakup, as evidenced by her appearance at 1 OAK nightclub in Las Vegas on Friday. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star celebrated her BFF Malika Haqq, and Malika's twin sister Khadijah Haqq's, 33rd birthday, stunning in a tight sequin black jumpsuit.

ET chatted with Khloe earlier this month at Kybella's Live Chin Up event in New York City, where she talked about why keeping such a positive attitude is so important to her.

"I really think it's just, like, you wake up every morning and you have a positive outlook," Khloe said about how she's been maintaining her incredible weight loss. "I love to work out ... that's my selfish time."

"God, I've been on my workout path for, like, three years ... it's my lifestyle -- I don't want it to just be 2016, I want it to be the rest of my life," she continued. "I just want that to be my routine, that I wake up and I go to the gym, and I work on fitness and just [be] healthy -- like, even your mental -- you have to practice that. That's a workout in itself, I think, making sure that I'm constantly aware that I want to be positive today, I want to be a kind person. You have to be aware of that."
