A former Denver radio host has filed two slander claims against pop star Taylor Swift, saying he lost his job after he was accused of inappropriately touching the singer during a photo session.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, David Mueller filed his complaint against Swift Thursday. The move comes after he sued Swift in September claiming he was falsely accused by one of Swift’s security team of grabbing the singer’s buttocks backstage at the Pepsi Center on June 2, 2013. He denies any inappropriate behavior occurred.
Swift filed a counterclaim in October for assault and battery. Her lawyers told the Associated Press at the time, "Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault -- it was Mueller."
She also asked for a jury trial at the time, and said any money she might receive involving the lawsuit will be donated to charitable organizations "dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
The 25-year-old recently gave fellow pop singer Kesha $250,000 as she battles in court to get out of a contract with Dr. Luke, whom she has accused of sexually assaulting her.
A rep for Swift did not immediately return FOX411's request for comment.
