Charlie Sheen has filed a petition in response to a lawsuit brought by his former fiancée Scottine Ross, accusing her of violating her non-disclose agreement and calling her an “extortionist who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and porn star.”
Sheen wants her lawsuit tossed and their disagreements to be handled in arbitration, as outlined in a non-disclosure agreement signed by both parties.
But Ross' attorney David Ring told FOX411 in a statement that Sheen's extortion claim is a "flat-out lie."
“Mr. Sheen’s petition was predictable; like any bully, he attacks the victim and makes character assassinations," Ring said. "His claim that he was somehow 'extorted' is a flat-out lie. Mr. Sheen had his lawyers negotiate a settlement to resolve Ms. Ross’s valid legal claims, and then Mr. Sheen reneged on the deal. Ms. Ross was left with no alternative but to file suit. We look forward to proving all of her claims in front of a Los Angeles jury in open court.”
FOX411 obtained Sheen's petition, filed on Dec. 7, which alleges that since their relationship ended in 2014, Ross "has attempted to extort millions of dollars by disclosing Sheen’s medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.”
Ross filed a complaint with the Superior California Court last week claiming the HIV positive star of assault, battery, and false imprisonment. It also said Sheen failed to disclose he was HIV positive before they had sex and pressured her to have an abortion, both of which Sheen denied in his petition.
Ross told FOX411 on Friday that her lawsuit is not about money. "If I wanted money, I would have kept our child," Ross said. "If I wanted money, I would have kept quiet. I want justice.”
She added that she never extorted Sheen but witnessed others do so.
Sheen disclosed his HIV status on the “Today Show” in November.
A court date is set for February 29, 2016 in Los Angeles.
