Detective Rollins (Kelli Giddish) is the first to receive news that a world-famous violinist has been raped inside a swanky, four-star Manhattan hotel. The case seems pretty open and shut — especially as video emerges of Anton Krasnikov (Zach McGowan) walking naked through the hotel and forcing his way into the room of fellow musician Alessandra Bay (Elizabeth A. Davis).

But Anton says he would never have committed the crime — unless he was drugged by the prostitute he slept with the night of the attack.

When Anton’s stolen flute turns up at a nearby pawn shop,  Rollins discovers that the prostitute is actually her sister, Kim (Lindsay Pulsipher).

Finn (Ice T.) tries to help Rollins keep the news from Lt. Benson (Mariska Hargitay) while she works to find her sister.

Their mother puts the pair in touch and they arrange a meeting at a park at the exact moment that Kim’s pimp is brought into the station for questioning. He texts her and she flees, essentially telling Rollins: “Ha, Ha. You can’t catch me because you are pregnant and slow.” Kim vows to disappear.

By now, Benson has figured out that something is up. She tells Finn to get Rollins’ butt back into her office. When they arrive, Benson comes down hard on Rollins for not being honest with her.

Meanwhile, Anton is in a holding cell. Det. Carisi (Peter Scanavino) tells him he won’t be able to make his concert the following day in Canada. He insists he was drugged and wants to talk to Alessandra. He is told no and advised to get a lawyer.

Then — shocker! — new Sgt. Dodds (Andy Karl) walks in with a photo of Kim selling the flute. He knows who she is. Rollins is so busted.

Or not. Benson cuts her subordinate some slack and allows Rollins to get to the bottom of the mess.  She must find her sister.

As if on cue, Dodds figures out what is going on in Rollins’ family…

The crew decides to bring Rollins's mom in to the station for questioning. They explain that she (but mostly Kim) is in serious danger

When Kim finally responds to her family's calls, she tells mom she is at Rollins's apartment. The whole team rushes over and Rollins is recused from the case.

It appears that Kim is at it again — this time, bludgeoning her pimp with a kitchen knife. The judge remands her to Rikers Island jail until trial. Anton is also sent to the slammer while his case is pending.

At episode's end, Rollins goes to visit her sister in jail. The pair have been estranged for many years, but now the real bad blood shows. Kim reveals that she has shared some very personal information about Rollins with her new lawyer that he can use as leverage to help her get a plea bargain.

Then comes the real shocker:  Kim says she and Lorenzo (her lawyer) may be getting married.

This story is far from over.
