The nominations for the 16th Latin Grammy awards are out and leading the charge are two pop Mexican singers: Leonel Garcia with six and Natalia Lafourcade with five.
The Academy of Latin Music announced the nominations on Wednesday via their website and Facebook and Twitter accounts. Juan Luis Guerra and Alejandro Sanz received four nominations while Pablo Alborán, Miguel Bosé, Café Quijano, Pedro Capó, Nicky Jam, Ricky Martin and Vicentico receive three nominations each.
Here is a partial list of the nominated artists for this year’s Latin Grammys, which will be broadcast live on Nov. 19 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Univision.
