Neve Campbell is heading to the White House.

The "Scream" star has joined the cast of Netflix drama "House of Cards" as a new season regular, Deadline reports.

The actress’ character remains under wraps, but critics speculate that season 4 will introduce a new, younger couple to rival Francis (Kevin Spacey) and Claire (Robin Wright) Underwood.

The role is a big coup for Campbell, who shot to fame playing Julia Salinger in 1990s TV series "Party of Five," before landing big screen parts in "Wild Things" and "Panic."

The 41-year-old is also doing an arc on the second season of NBC comedy "Welcome To Sweden."

Season 3 of "House of Cards" ended on a cliffhanger (SPOILER) with Claire walking out on her power-hungry husband as he campaigns for another presidential term.

The next instalment, slated for a 2016 release, will begin filming in Baltimore, Maryland over the US summer.
