Since Nov. 2014, more than 30 women have accused comedian Bill Cosby of either drugging them, sexually assaulting them or both. Now another woman, who claims to have had a similar encounter with the star, is speaking out with what may be the most shocking story yet.

A woman who identified herself only as Patricia to Buzzfeed News told the site she met Cosby in 1978 when she was 22, and she believes he sexually assaulted her twice. She also claims the star had her cover her face in oatmeal on one occasion and asked her to pretend to be an elegant queen. In addition, she says Cosby demanded she lose weight and style her hair like Queen Noor of Jordan.

Patricia told Buzzfeed it took her a while to fully comprehend what was going on between her and the legendary actor, despite that fact that she was immediately put off when he invited her to a “dinner party” with his wife, only to find she and Cosby were the only guests.

“I felt alarm bells go off because it did feel intimate, but I was trying to be so grown up and mature,” she said.

She said the dinner took place at the actor’s Shelburne Falls, Mass., home, where he eventually invited her after the two met at her workplace, the University of Massachusetts.

The oatmeal demand came after Cosby mixed her a drink—something many of the other accusers have claimed the star did.

“It was so creepy,” she told Buzzfeed. “He told me to convince him that I could remain regal and queen-like no matter what I looked like. I would leave the room and walk back in, pretending to be a queen with oatmeal on her face, and he would tell me I was doing it wrong and to go back and try again. Then, I started to feel weird from the drink. And then I don’t remember much.”

Patricia told the site she blacked out and later woke up in the star’s guest room, naked. She says he told her she had thrown up from the drink and he’d had to wash her dress.

For the next year and a half, Patricia said he kept in contact with her and arranged for her to have acting lessons and for her to join a gym—as she said he told her she needed to lose weight.

The next time the two were to see each other, she claims he told her to style her hair like Queen Noor of Jordan, and he sent a photo of the hairstyle he wanted her to have so she could have a hairdresser match it.

“He was obsessed with her,” Patricia said.

Two years later, in 1980, Patricia claims to have attended a taping of the “Dinah Shore Show” with Cosby, after which she says he assaulted her.

She said the star convinced her to take pills to relax her and she blacked out.

“I was very sick and knew that someone had penetrated me,” she said. “Finally, I realized what was happening.”

Patricia told Buzzfeed she kept her experiences to herself because she partially blamed herself.

“I played a part in what happened to me, because I trusted the wrong person,” she told BuzzFeed. “I allowed my ambition to color my ability to make healthy choices. But what Cosby did was without my consent and a violation.”

Patricia said she was one of the unnamed women in Andrea Constand's 2005 lawsuit against the star.

Cosby rep and a lawyer for the actor did not return FOX411’s request for comment.
