"19 Kids and Counting" star Derick Dillard received criticism from fans after sharing a video of himself sledding slightly over a cat.

"Move cat," Dillard says in the video. The 25-year-old then positions his sled a few feet from the cat and a friend pushes him toward the feline.

The person holding the camera yells, "Push him, push him" repeatedly and Dillard proceeds to sled slightly over the cat before it jumps away.

He shared the video and wrote, "Sledding with friends and family at the Duggar home."

The video garnered a lot of criticism toward the soon-to-be dad. He is expecting his first child with new wife Jill Duggar.

"Disgusting. I'm sure if that was your pet you wouldn't tolerate that. Completely unacceptable from a 'Christian' family," one user wrote. Another said, "First sign of a psychopath is hurting animals. Better be careful with that baby...what happened to loving all of God's creatures."

However, others defended Dillard. "Oh all of u (sic) with nasty comments towards them there is such thing as an unfollow button use it and move on get over yourself," someone wrote.

"People really need to calm down," wrote a Dillard supporter. "If there is so much hate and you're hating so much towards a person it's not going to make you a better person."

While not graphic, the video may disturb some viewers.
