"CSI" fans can relax after a botched promo for the CBS show accidentally called for the show's series finale instead of season.
The confusion began when the network ran an on-air promo for the show's "series finale" during an episode of "NCIS."
"We would never cancel a show in a promo five days before broadcast, especially one that has been this important to the Network," executive vice president of communications for the network confirmed to Us Weekly.
.@CSIWritersRoom whoever put "Series finale" 4 CSI on NCIS should b suspended 6 months- idiots-just happened to have that 'sign' available?
