The Hilton heirs are at it again.

Conrad Hilton, younger brother of former Hollywood bad girl Paris Hilton, surrendered himself to the FBI on Tuesday and now faces federal charges. Hilton, 20, allegedly assaulted and intimidated flight attendants on a British Airways flight from London, England to Los Angeles, California in July of last year. The young heir reportedly shouted profanity, disabled a smoke detector, and referred to other passengers as “peasants” throughout the flight.

If convicted, Hilton could face up to 20 years in prison.

Hilton and his lawyer, Robert Shapiro, could not be reached for comment.

Hilton’s behavior allegedly started before the first drink service began, delaying the service for approximately 40 minutes, court documents stated.

According to the report, Hilton left his seat before the fasten seat belt sign was turned off and began pacing up and down the aisles of the cabin. He would not comply with flight attendants requests for him to take his seat instead yelling, “Stop following me.” His behavior reportedly escalated when one particular flight attendant began following him in order to “monitor” him.

Court documents stated that Hilton repeatedly ended up in the galley of the plane where he would encounter a crew member and initiate an argument.

According to witnesses on the plane Hilton told one flight attendant, “I could get you fired in five minutes. I know your boss. My father will pay this out, he has done it before. Dad paid $300,000 last time.”

He then bragged about being banned from other airlines. Hilton not only caused problems for the flight attendants but also for the other passengers, at one point yelling “I will f******* own anyone on this flight.” He allegedly made children on the plane cry with his yelling and profane language. One crew member stated that he feared Hilton’s rage would turn violent and worried for his colleagues and the other passengers on board.

Amidst his fit of rage he went to the bathroom, according to the court docs. Shortly after a flight attendant smelled smoke coming from the lavatory. The pilot inspected and found that the smoke detector had been stuffed with paper towels. He then confronted Hilton who surrendered a pack a cigarettes and a lighter, authorities said.

Hilton then returned to his seat and fell asleep.

According to the criminal complaint Hilton was eventually restrained while he was sleeping. He awoke while restrained and again started yelling profanities at the flight attendants. He continued his tirade until police boarded the plane.

Hilton’s arraignment is scheduled for next month.
